The outcome of gaming activity is subject to chance, and past results are not indicative of future results. phl99 is not responsible for a Player's personal gambling decisions or the financial consequences thereof. The maximum aggregate liability of phl99 to any Player arising out of or in connection with any single event shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In the event of any dispute between you and phl99, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through phl99's customer support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial complaint, it shall be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism under applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines where necessary to protect its rights pending resolution of the underlying dispute.
